We are pleased to announce our clients house renovation is now completed. This wonderful 3 storey house, at Baan Issara, Ramkhamheang Soi 24, looks amazing and the clients have moved in. It was a project of great care and dedication by our team and the results are amazing. We started the renovation with demolition of walls, ceilings, removal of windows/doors, heightened door ways and increased heights of sliding doors, removed facades, external canopies changed electrics/plumbing, demolished bathrooms, external patio tiles, gate way, kitchen, stairs and floors. A total remodel of an existing home. Once all demolition works was completed, we then started on the remodeling of the space.
We custom made special high soft touch closing doors (factory sprayed), a custom made special wood entrance front door (with hidden hinges), built a new garage with remote control electric roll over door, installed beautiful new bathroom marble tiles, bath tub and rain showers with glass surround. Specially custom made bathroom sink cabinets with drawers, new lights, a feature stair case with glass panels and Makka hardwood hand rail. We installed beautiful Makka Hardwood floors throughout (harder than teak), increased the sliding doors to custom made Makka hardwood framed sliders, feature windows and aluminum in other areas. Patio areas had new Mediterranean style tiled floors and a we built a new hardwood glass canopy for shade/rain cover on wide side of the house. Balconies were all installed with new tiles, hand rails painted, external walls all skimmed and repainted, decoration throughout with new ceilings. The kitchen was completely re-installed with a beautiful modern style design. We feel the results speak for themselves and wish our wonderful clients many happy years in their new remolded home.
