Bangkok Renovation were very pleased to be given the new contract to do renovation works for a two bedroom condo at Sansiri’s development, Siri On 8. Our renovation team start works on January 5th 2018.

Siri On 8 is a condominium project, developed by Sansiri, located at Soi Prida, Khlong Toei, Bangkok, Thailand. The construction of this boutique condo development was finished in 2009. The client purchased a two bedroom unit which had not been changed since the building was first built and had not been lived in. The Condominium development is 8 floors and includes 74 units. Our Australian client has just retired and wanted to remodel the unit. Over the last few months we have worked on the interior design detail and are very pleased to now be chosen to do the renovation works. This includes built in units, decoration, showers, new kitchen, lights, specialist cement render finish and new balcony flooring. Thank to our customer for choosing us as the renovation team.

Our construction supervisor who speaks Thai and English will visit two times per week and the foreman with 20 years experience will oversee the daily works. Our team will make and install all the custom built furniture. All hand made by our skilled carpenters.
