Tuesday 23rd : x2 Carpenter install lounge decor panels / welding steel frame to En suite wall, x1 Plaster corridor /Kitchen recess , x1 gypsum ( repair neighbour) sanding down , Apply paint primer Master & corridor , x 2 Sanitary , x 2 Labour cleaning prep for tiling.
Wedensday 24th : x2 Carpenter installed welded steel frame to En suite , x1 plaster corridor , x 1 skim coat ceilings , x3 AC bed 2 new duct size, x4 Tiling start set out & Master , x2 Labour clean /prep for tiling , x 2 Sanitary. Client site meeting P.M agree tile set out point.
Thursday 25th : Client & GR Site Meeting 1st Tile set out + AC works switches / ducts
x3 AC cut out for access, x2 Labour cleaning/materials , x1 Primer ceilings & new C-Line / Gypsum works bed 2 , x2 Carpenter box en suite wall & Toilet , x3 Tile to lounge, x1 Skim bed 2 walls & corridor
Friday 26th : Client & GR review tiling ALL DAY
x3 Tiling corridor to Master ,x1 C-Line / Gypsum bed 2 , x1 skim bed2 , x2 Carpenter install steel support frame to working room , x2 Labour , x2 Sanitary , x3 AC cut outs.

To sum up, renovation works continuing supervised daily by professional project manager and foreman. Client visited, happy with all works so far and everything agreed. We are looking at a completion date for the remolding project of mid to late October. The client will then inspect, a snag list completed and then any final issues resolved.
